Pete and Ben Kibel established Fishtek Marine 20 years ago with the aim of developing technical solutions to resolve global marine bycatch issues and improve the sustainability of the fishing industry. The team has grown to 16 people specialising in engineering, manufacturing, fisheries science, project management and administration. We are a tight-knit group who like a challenge.
